How to do rice transplanting in paddy fields?
Equipment pre-starting check
Before starting the operation, make sure that all the functions of the rice transplanter are intact, the engine oil level and water tank coolant are sufficient, and the fuel is sufficient and free of impurities.
Check whether the parts are connected tightly and whether the seedling needles and transplanting forks are normal.
Starting and adjusting
Sit on the driver’s seat, hang up the brake, and put the main gearshift handle in “seedling replenishment” or neutral position, and start the engine with the planting handle in the neutral position.
After making sure the machine is running smoothly, adjust the planting depth and row spacing according to the soil conditions and the spacing between rice plants.
Paddy field preparation and positioning
Ensure that the paddy field is level and has suitable moisture, and then accurately position the rice planter through the steering and lifting device on the machine, so that it travels along the pre-planned planting line.
Rice planting and debugging
Put the nursed rice seedlings neatly into the seedling box, and adjust the amount of seedling picking to be even and consistent. Start the seedling door and seedling feeding mechanism, observe whether the seedling is sucked up and inserted smoothly, and fine-tune the related parts in time if necessary.
Start transplanting operation
When all settings and adjustments are completed, slowly release the brake and gradually accelerate the rice transplanter into normal working condition. The operator needs to pay close attention to the transplanting effect and make adjustments at any time.
Midway maintenance and inspection
During continuous operation, stop the machine regularly to check the supply of seedlings in the seedling box, remove any roots or other debris that may be entangled in the parts, and keep the equipment clean and in good operating condition.
Seedling replenishment and finishing
You can use the “replenish seedling” function to replenish the missing or sparse areas. After completing all transplanting tasks, switch off the engine, clean up the residue of the equipment, and do the routine maintenance work to ensure that the next operation runs smoothly.
